Winebars Kickstarter Campaign
We partnered with Winebars to produce all of their video content during their successful Kickstarter campaign!
Our partnership with Winebars started in early 2019, when we created a testimonial style video for their upcoming Kickstarter campaign. We had Dan speak about his product which brought a face to the brand, and topped it off with some beautiful shots of the Winebars in action. We ended up re-visiting the project a year later and added a whole new video for the Kickstarter page. This one was more of a high end commercial style video that shows different uses of the Winebars in every day settings. The goal was to drive traffic to the Kickstarter page, where they could learn all about Winebars, and hopefully become backers.
The company was new and still finding it’s voice when we first started the video. After a year, things had changed so much that we had to re-shoot the video to fit the current branding. We ended up using a combination of the original footage and some new footage to create something entirely different (and much better).
Throughout the course of 2019, we created a ton of content that would prove helpful in their Kickstarter success. Beyond the two main Kickstarter videos, we re-purposed the footage for a series of 15 second ads that outperformed their photo ads in conversions. The videos performed well on social media and had a great click through rate when used in email newsletters. Screen shots from the footage were utilized on their website and campaign page. Oh yeah, and they exceeded their goal by $10,000 for 150% funding!
